n the collaboration from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) will hold a webinar on “Collective Investment Scheme and Investor Protection” on Tuesday, 8 April 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM with our expert speakers, representative of Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, Her Excellency Mrs. Thay Sokphalline, Director of Issuance Supervision Department and Mr. Na Peoupagnarith, Director of Legal Affairs Department. This webinar will share about the collective investment scheme (CIS), how the company raises funds through this mechanism, and the legal requirements for the issuance of CIS units. At the same time, participants will learn about investor protection in the securities sector. This webinar is designed for KICPAA Members, Accountants, Auditors, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Lecturers, Students, and other fields. Note: There will be interpretations from Khmer to English. KICPAA Members are encouraged to join the webinar to get 3 CPD.
