អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឧស្សាហកម្ម (UNIDO) និងនាយកដ្ឋានសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ មានសេចក្ដីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្នុងការទទួលសំណើរសុំចុះឈ្មោះចូលរួមកម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម ដើម្បីពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹងបច្ចេកទេសស្ដង់ដារក្នុងសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្មអាហារ។ សហគ្រាសក្នុងវិស័យម្ហូបអាហារក្នុងខេត្តក្រុងគោលដៅនៅភ្នំពេញ កំពង់ធំ កំពង់ចាម បន្ទាយមានជ័យ បាត់ដំបង និងពោធិ៍សាត់ អាចដាក់ពាក្យចូលរួមបាន។ សហគ្រាសចំនួន ១២០ នឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសសម្រាប់ចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដែលរួមមាន៖ ១. សុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ ២. ការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងចង្វាក់ផលិតកម្ម ៣. ការគ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្ម ៤. បរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ក្រោយវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល សហគ្រាសចំនួន៣ នៅតាមតំបន់គោលដៅនីមួយៗនឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស សម្រាប់ទទួលការប្រឹក្សាយោបល់លើផ្នែកសុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានក្នុងសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្មប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព នៅក្នុងអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកគេ។ លក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការជ្រើសរើស៖ ការជ្រើសរើសសហគ្រាសក្នុងការចូលរួមកម្មវិធីបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងប្រឹក្សាយោបល់អាជីវកម្ម នឹងផ្ដល់អាទិភាពដល់អាជីវកម្មដែលមានលក្ខខណ្ឌដូចខាងក្រោម៖ មានអាជីវកម្មពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មកែច្នៃកសិចំណីអាហារ ឬផលិតផលដែលគាំទ្រវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។ មានទីតាំងស្ថិតក្នុងខេត្តក្រុងគោលដៅរបស់គម្រោង ដូចជា៖ ភ្នំពេញ កំពង់ធំ កំពង់ចាម បន្ទាយមានជ័យ បាត់ដំបង និងពោធិ៍សាត់ ។ មានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ចូលរួមកម្មវិធី និងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងគុណភាពផលិតកម្ម ដើម្បីពង្រីកទីផ្សារ ឬនាំចេញ។ មានបុគ្គលិកធ្វើការយ៉ាងតិច ៥នាក់ ។ មានឆន្ទះផ្ដល់ឱកាសការងារសមរម្យដល់យុវជន និងវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដល់បុគ្គលិកដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ និងលើកកម្ពស់លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារសមរម្យ (របបសន្តិសុខសង្គម ម៉ោងការងារ សុខភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពការងារ និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ផ្សេងៗ ការផ្ដល់ប្រាក់ថែមម៉ោង និងកិច្ចសន្យាការងារ ជាដើម)។ អនុវត្តចំណេះដឹង ឬបន្តផែនការពង្រឹងអាជីវកម្ម។ មិនមានផលប៉ះពាល់អវិជ្ជមានដល់បរិស្ថាន និងលក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ (ការប្រើប្រាស់ពលកម្មកុមារ)។ លក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការចូលរួម៖ ១. សិក្ខាកាមដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសឱ្យចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ត្រូវបេ្តជ្ញាចូលរៀនគ្រប់ ២០ម៉ោង រហូតដល់បញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីសិក្សា ដើម្បីទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនប័ត្របញ្ជាក់ការចូលរួម។ ២. សហគ្រាសមិនអាចផ្លាស់ប្ដូរសមាសភាពសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមនៅក្នុងកំឡុងវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបានទេ។ កម្មវិធី Skills4Productivity គឺជាវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលមួយ ក្នងចំណោមវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលផ្សេងៗទៀតរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឧស្សាហកម្ម ធ្វើការរួមគ្នាជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រការរីកចម្រើនរបស់សហគ្រាស និងបង្កើតលក្ខខណ្ឌការងារល្អប្រសើរ ឬការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់យុវជនកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីនេះស្ថិតក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌនៃកម្មវិធីរួមគ្នារបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ «ការងារ និងមុខរបរសមរម្យសម្រាប់យុវជន ដំណាក់កាលទី៣» (DEYIII) ដែលជាកម្មវិធីរួមគ្នារវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការគាំទ្រថវិកាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រពីទីភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ (SDC)។

By now, it seems quite likely that the world is at the eve of a new trade war. We witness new blanket tariff announcements and retaliations almost daily now. But reciprocal tariffs, taxes on digital services, new customs duties on steel and aluminum and various challenges in the WTO dispute settlement body (the DSB) also raise uncertainty. In the meantime, the European Union has concluded an FTA and an investment agreement with Singapore and Vietnam, an FTA with Thailand is just around the corner, and a first-of-its-kind Digital FTA ('EUSDTA') with Singapore has been agreed upon. All this is going on while the largest 'Mega FTAs', the RCEP (which includes AFTA, China and many others) and the CPTPP (which includes several of Cambodia's key trade partners such as Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam) are just getting up to speed. Are these FTAs still useful in a trade war context? Join expert speaker Edwin Vanderbruggen, Senior Partner at Andersen in Cambodia and Vietnam, lecturer at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi in a practical review of what is happening in international trade law today.
