This Seminar is designed to share about Investment Support Facility (ISF), a joint-project under CAPFISH-Capture: Post-harvest Fisheries Development Project jointly implemented by the Fisheries Administration and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO Cambodia), co-funded by the European Union, and having CGCC as a project manager.The seminar is also a forum for stakeholders to learn more about the needs of business owners in the post-harvest fisheries sector in obtaining guaranteed loans to develop their business, especially in response to the lack of collateral
